Description: This one-day hands-on workshop is designed as an introductory overview of professional rug care for cleaners who want to better understand the process from start to finish. Attendees will be introduced to the 7 Elements of Rug Care, including check-in, dusting, washing, rinsing, drying, finishing, and inventory and delivery. The goal is to provide a clear, big-picture understanding of how a professional rug-cleaning operation operates. Participants will also gain exposure to foundational concepts such as rug construction, basic chemistry, and methodology that support better cleaning decisions. It is a great class for those exploring rug cleaning, adding rug services, or looking to build a stronger foundation in the trade. By the end of the day, attendees will have a better understanding of the workflow, terminology, and core principles of professional rug care. Lunch will be included and provided on premises.
