Centrum Force's cofounders, Greg Turcotte and Tom Monahan, are rug washers who hit upon the idea of hosting a "Rug Summit" in 2009. Those who attended agreed they had gained valuable insights into operating a successful rug care business. Subsequent summits proved even more successful.
